🕰 Check‑In & Check‑Out

Check‑in: from 15:00
Check‑out: by 11:00

  • Early check‑in or late check‑out may be possible depending on availability—just ask in advance.
  • Please be mindful of noise during arrivals and departures, especially in the early morning or late evening.
  • On arrival: when using the elevator, always make sure the inner elevator doors are fully closed before leaving.

🔑 Keys & Access

  • You will receive an access code.
  • Important building rule: please always remember to fully close the inner elevator doors after every use. The elevator will not operate correctly if they are left open.

Network name: Please check your message that contains Wifi Info and Password

The Wi‑Fi is suitable for streaming, remote work, and video calls.

🏠 House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

  • No smoking inside your room or shared areas. Smoking is allowed only outside kitchen’s balcony đźš­
  • No parties or events.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Registered guests only—no unannounced visitors.
  • Please respect neighbors and common areas of the building.
  • Elevator rule: always close the inner elevator doors completely after use.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.

🛏 Bedrooms & Living Areas

  • Fresh linens and towels are provided for each guest.
  • Extra blankets, towels, pillows and Iron can be found in closet by the corridor outside your room.

  • Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or paper towels— only toilet paper.

🍳 Kitchen Use

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking.

Please remember:

  • Turn off the stove and appliances after use.
  • Wash dishes after use.
  • Dispose of food waste properly.

Basic items such as salt, oil, coffee and snacks may be available as a courtesy but are not guaranteed.

❄️ Heating & Air Conditioning

  • Please turn off AC when leaving your room.
  • Italian regulations limit usage hours depending on season.

🔧 Maintenance & Issues

If something isn’t working properly:

  1. Message us with a brief description (photos help!).
  2. For urgent room issues (water leaks, power outage), contact us right away.
  3. For emergencies only, contact us immediately.

Please do not attempt repairs yourself.
